Education And Early Experience

Brian was born in Chicago and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Peace, War, and Defense at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2005. Brian obtained his Juris Doctor degree from UIC – John Marshall Law School in 2008. During law school, Brian worked for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, Illinois Attorney General’s Office, and U.S. Attorney’s office for the Northern District of Illinois under Illinois Supreme Court Rule 711. Brian also worked as a Judicial Extern to Cook County Judge Alexander P. White.

Workers’ Compensation Attorney In Illinois And Indiana

Brian has been litigating workers’ compensation cases for over 15 years while representing clients addressing a full range of injuries. Brian is one of the few attorneys to have had more than 100 trials and taken more than 300 depositions. Brian has appeared before the Circuit and Appellate Courts as well.

Prior to joining Leonard Law Group, Brian represented employers throughout Illinois and Indiana. Now, Brian focuses on representing injured workers - advising and counseling them throughout the claim to ensure they receive the best possible outcome.

Brian holds a Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine and Instrument Ratings. You can also find him at the local racetrack where he rides super-sport motorcycles.
