Joseph P. Brancky is a Chicago area native. Joe received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2003. Joe obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from DePaul University College of Law in 2007.
Workers' Compensation Attorney In Chicago And Illinois
Joe has practiced entirely in Workers’ Compensation since that time. Prior to joining Leonard Law Group LLC, Joe represented employers throughout Illinois and has been a frequent presenter at seminars. Joe has extensive experience litigating matters before the Illinois Industrial Commission, various Circuit Court Jurisdictions, and the Illinois Appellate Court. He is a member of the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association.
Joe focuses exclusively on representing injured workers and defending their rights. Joe joined Leonard Law Group to stand up for injured workers and provide them the advice and representation they require in the difficult times following a work accident.
